  • Reach out via email or the contact form with a quick overview of your needs, timeline, scope, and any initial ideas. From there, Kaylee will guide the process, ask the right questions, and build out a workflow that fits the project.

Kaylee works full-time outside of freelance, so projects are typically scheduled in advance. This allows her to take on a limited number of clients and give each project focused, thoughtful attention. She is selective about the work she takes on, prioritizing projects that align with her style and support a collaborative process.

  • Every project is different, so pricing is tailored to the scope, timeline, and overall complexity. Kaylee provides custom quotes to ensure the work is valued appropriately and aligned with each client’s needs.

Because she takes on a limited number of projects, clients can expect a more hands-on, collaborative experience throughout the process.

  • Kaylee received her BA in Media Arts from the University of Montana, along with a certificate in graphic design.

  • Kaylee has spent the past five years working as a primarily self-taught graphic designer alongside her formal education. During that time, she has created work across posters, branding, merchandise, and digital campaigns, while continuing to refine and expand her practice.

  • Kaylee focuses on event posters, album art, merchandise, branding, and digital graphics. Her work leans into bold contrast, vibrant color, and experimental layouts.

She especially enjoys working with local clients, small businesses, and music-based projects.

  • Most of Kaylee’s work is created for clients and is available through their respective platforms. She does not currently sell personal work, but plans to release original designs and products in the future.
